Projet initié par le partenariat entre le FPHP et l'Université de Nîmes, il réunissait plusieurs partenaires : Nîmes Métropôle et deux bureaux d'étude Citémétrie et Urbanis.
Nous avons réalisé une enquête de terrain autour de l'application de la politique publique d'habitat du POPAC.
Nous nous sommes intéressés à la copropriété du quartier d'Espagne et à ses habitants.
Nous avons interroger les différents statuts qui interviennent dans la gestion de cette copropriété et relever leur quotidien, composés d'usages et de difficultés.

We conducted a field survey around the application of POPAC's public housing policy.
We were interested in the co-ownership of the district of Spain and its inhabitants.
We question the different statuses involved in the management of this co-ownership and raise their daily lives, composed of uses and difficulties.

Nous avons défini comme levier d'action le "vivre ensemble", en tentant de définir les espaces personnels et partagés.
Dans un travail de concertation avec ses habitants nous avons chercher à transmettre les données qualitatives de leur expérience d'habitant ainsi que des outils d'accompagnement à la gestion des copropriétés.
Nous nous sommes intéressés à l'espace des boîtes aux lettres, déjà dédié à la communication et l'échange dans nos consciences.
We have defined as a lever of action the "living together", trying to define the personal and shared spaces.
In a consultation with its inhabitants we have tried to transmit the qualitative data of their experience of inhabitant as well as tools of accompaniment to the management of the condo.
We are interested in the space of the mailboxes, already dedicated to the communication and the exchange in our consciences.
